The Mental Health Association provides training programs for law enforcement officers about safe and effective interaction with persons who are mentally ill and in crisis. Programs include the 40-hour Mental Health Response Team/Specialist programs, an 8-hour in-service day, or programs designed to fit your needs. Victor Lloyd received an award at the Hamilton County Nami annual meeting for Mental Health Educator of the Year Award for his work with training  Law Enforcement Officers to effectively deal with mentally ill citizens who are in crisis as well as his community mental health training.
